By accessing or using Ziora, you agree to these Terms. If you use Ziora for an organization, you accept these Terms on its behalf.

Services

Ziora provides an AI-powered workforce platform for recruiting, learning, performance, skills and succession. We may update or improve features over time.

User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate account information.
• Keep your credentials secure.
• Use the service lawfully.
• Ensure you have rights to the content you upload.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service — no unlawful, harmful or abusive activity, no interfering with security or availability, and no attempting to access data you are not authorized to.

Intellectual Property

Ziora and its software, design and content are owned by Ziora Solutions. You keep ownership of the content you upload, and grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service.

Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us of any unauthorized use. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Payment

Paid plans are billed as described in your order or agreement. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is”. We work hard to keep it reliable, but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Ziora is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited as described in your agreement.

Termination

You may stop using Ziora at any time. We may suspend or end access for violations of these Terms. On termination, we handle your data per our Privacy Policy and DPA.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction stated in your agreement, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
