You can ask us to delete your personal information at any time. This page explains what can be deleted, how to request it and what to expect.
What Data Can Be Deleted
Depending on how you use Ziora, deletion can cover:
Account data
Your profile, contact details and account settings.
Content & records
Files and learning records you have added.
Usage data
Activity and diagnostic data linked to your account.
Request Process
Submit your request
Email sales@ziora.co or contact support with your deletion request.
Identity verification
We verify your identity to protect your account and data.
Review & confirm
We confirm the scope and flag any data we must retain by law.
Deletion & confirmation
We delete the data and send you written confirmation.
Processing Timeline
We acknowledge requests within 5 business days and complete verified deletions within 30 days — or sooner where required by law.
Exceptions
We may retain limited data where legally required — for example to meet financial, security or legal obligations. We delete it once those obligations end. If you use Ziora through an employer, some requests are managed by your organization as the data controller.
